Ola dear movers and self-explorers, PULL yourself apart PROJECT The 9th Edition, even more ripe and sweet- is open to registration! After almost 5 years and 8 editions, this has become a profound and ongoing exploration of the many body–mind–heart fields and techniques that shape this practice. I’m happy to open the space once again and invite you to meet yourself through your body—alongside your belief systems, your playfulness, and your own power to create your reality. This summer the journey will be offered in a special format of two weekend intensives at the beginning of June, in the magical movement space of lazuz, near São Luís, Alentejo. ✨🌈 When? 5–6.6.26 & 12–13.6.26 Where?
