    Community Day at Cabra

Join us for a free community day at Cabra in Porto Covo. A relaxed day to gather, move, share, eat and connect in nature. We’ll come together to do some meditation, slow movement and shared lunch with plenty of space to slow down, meet new people and enjoy the surroundings. This day is free of charge and open to anyone who feels drawn to join. If you teach or facilitate a wellness practice and would like to contribute a session, we’d also love to hear from you. We’d love to welcome you.
