Workshop - Basketry - an ancient art of connection and creativity
Santiago do Cacém City Council, through the Museums Education Service, is offering a free basketry workshop at the Traditional Dream Factory (TDF). In this hands-on workshop, we'll explore ancient basketry techniques using natural fibers (raffia) - a timeless art that connects us to nature and tradition. Each participant will create their own piece and take away knowledge, inspiration and the will to continue weaving new creations. 🕙Day and Time: October 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. - please be on time at 10:00 a.m. tdf. 👥 Recipients: aged 14 and over 🎟️ Participants: limited to 8 people - you need to book your free ticket to confirm your attendance.
