Instead, we offer a strong container with the land, the themes, and the people coming together. Come to share what you're doing. Come with questions. Come to listen. Come with offerings and gifts. It is hoped that women will be able to make informed and enlightened decisions about their health at this normal stage of life, free from myths and beliefs. 👉 The session has the virtual support of Cristina Mesquita de Oliveira, president of VIDAs – Portuguese Menopause Association.
