From Tree to Oil
Experience a real Alentejo olive harvest — hands-on, outdoors and together.
Join us at Monte Ventosa, harvest olives directly from the trees and discover the journey from olive to oil while experiencing a few hours — or several days — of real life on the land.

Our most complete harvest experience, including a visit to the olive mill/press* and a special farewell meal together at a selected Portuguese restaurant.
OPTIONAL PORTUGUESE LUNCH
After each harvest morning, you are welcome to join us for lunch at a local Portuguese restaurant.

For the 5- and 7-day experiences, lunch can be added for as many days as you wish.
Advance booking for lunch is required so we can reserve the appropriate number of seats.
The special farewell meal on the final day is already included in the 7-day experience.
STAYING AT MONTE VENTOSA
Accommodation is not included.
Fully self-sufficient guests travelling with their own campervan, motorhome or camping setup may stay at Monte Ventosa free of charge during the experience by prior arrangement.
Please note that we do not yet offer conventional camping facilities.

Your place is secured with a 50% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us.
