For those who know the power of movement as medicine. For those who long to enter ceremony through the body — this is for you. On this day — when the veil between worlds is thin — we gather: to dance in the circle of our own lives, to reconnect with what supports us, to honour and receive the wisdom of our ancestors. 🌀 We’ll move with the 5 Dimensions of Movement Medicine: Self • Other • Community • Ancestors/Descendants • Spirit / Mystery / God We begin by awakening the dancer within — resourcing and grounding in the body.
