This performance began with the wish of a grandmother who wanted to tell her grandchildren what her work was. Her work as a choreographer. They came, and became co-creators of an idea that was not there before. It did not exist. Together, musicians, performers, a scenographer and these two children created Chão de Meninos, the name of a small place in the municipality of Sintra. It speaks of laughing snow, of a small fable drowning in white, of playful bears and of a garden-carpet born from a shipwreck. The creator of difficult things, a brave and energetic child, pushed the performance into three new seasons: animals, snow and flowers; and music floods everything. The children take possession of the ground, invading it, moving through it and making it their own. They laugh with this performance of dance and music, a manifestation of the strengths that are yet to arrive and grow. / Artistic and technical team /Created by Madalena Victorino together with Carolina Victorino and Vicente Victorino child co-creators /Artistic co-creation Pedro Salvador and Alexandre Moniz (music) Beatriz m. 400 grams to share

Meal Access Rules The right to eat depends on contributing 400 grams of food (no meat or fish). Vegetables, fruit, flour, rice, pasta, herbs, spices and dairy products are welcome. 400 grams of salt do not count. Food items must be delivered packaged at Teatro de Palha during the following times: 15 July · Wednesday 10:00 am – 01:00 pm 06:00 pm – 10:00 pm 16 July · Thursday 10:00 am – 01:00 pm The Belgian company Laika, renowned for creating projects where theatre and gastronomy go hand in hand, invites audiences to take part in a unique experience. 400 Grammes is an artistic event built around a concept as simple as it is ingenious: each participant brings 400 grams of raw ingredients (no meat or fish), which serve as their ticket to the meal. Laika gathers all the collected ingredients, cooks them, and transforms their flavours, aromas and colours into a festive three-course menu, shared around long communal tables. Joining this banquet, served in the heart of Teatro de Palha, is the poetic universe of Turak Théâtre, where everyday objects come to life among pots, ingredients and kitchen utensils. 400 Grammes is a culinary celebration, a moment of joyful hospitality, a table full of strangers who - who knows? - may become friends. / Artistic and technical team /Performed by Laika - Théâtre de Senses Peter de Bie, Sara Sampelayo, Arnout Vandamme Turak Théâtre Michel Laubu, Patrick Murys /Music Pedro Salvador 17 — 18 July 2026 (fri, sat) – 08:00 pm Running time 55 min Age rating M/6+ Local box office 15€ Adults 5€ Children up to 11 years old + mandatory contribution of 400g of ingredients per participant Online ticket office 20€ Adults 10€ Children up to 11 years old includes 400g ingredient contribution

    A poet

Óscar Restrepo, a poet of little-recognised merit, leads a solitary life marked by disappointment. His encounter with Yurlady, a teenage girl from a working-class background with a remarkable literary talent, changes the course of his life. Óscar persuades her to submit her poems to a national poetry competition. But things do not go as planned... Balancing humour and melancholy, “a Poet” reflects on the condition of the artist, the persistence of creative practice, and the place of poetry in a world that rarely pauses to listen. / Artistic and technical team /Genre Comedy Drama /Nationality co · de · se /Year 2025 /Original Version Spanish /Subtitles Portuguese · English 12 July 2026 (sun) – 09:30 pm Running time 2h Age rating M/14+ Tickets 5€ Single price

If there are so many “O”s in Barolosolo, it is certainly no coincidence. For this new creation, the Barolosolo company invites audiences beneath its kiosk for a solo performance - or almost. Poetic, comic and aquatic, the show takes us on a journey across the blue planet, through music, rain and the small shipwrecks of everyday life. Here, rain falls the way love arrives: unexpectedly and with no regard for forecasts. Amid storms, songs and objects that come to life, we are invited to embark on an adventure that is as absurd as it is delicate, where laughter and emotion sail side by side. / Artistic and technical team /Creation and performance Léa Passard e Mathieu Levavasseur /Technical direction Marc Bouder 10 · 11 July 2026 (fri, sat) – 09:30 pm Running time 55 min Age rating M/6+ Tickets 10€ Adults 5€ Children up to 11 years old
