We are in Milfontes every Thursday from 7 p.m., serving you tasty "Birria" tacos (slow-cooked meat), "Quesadillas," and our NEW Flame Grilled Beef TACO "Carne Assada"! And, of course, our customers' favourites: crispy fish tacos with Chipotle Cole Slaw or Tartar Sauce. We also have Mexican-themed drinks, such as Margaritas and Coronas! Latin music + other good music all night long! In collaboration with the Foz do Mira Association (AFM) at the Sunny Beach View Cafe (when the sun is shining!): Portinho Do Canal, in the port of Milfontes! 🌮😈🤙

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
