This Saturday we celebrate surfing, community and the protection of our waves.

The Foz do Mira Association is opening its doors for a day dedicated to sustainability, the ocean and the stories that inspire us to take care of our surroundings.

3pm - Second-hand Surf Gear Market ♻️

Give new life to material you no longer use and contribute to a more sustainable dynamic within our community.

Bring, swap, find - all with the sea in mind.

7pm - Save The Waves Film Festival 2025 🎬🌊

A powerful selection of short films that celebrate surfing and draw attention to the urgency of protecting our waves, beaches and ecosystems.

These are real stories from coastal communities that, like ours, face environmental challenges and show how each of us can be part of the solution.

Thank you @savethewavescoalition and @save_azores_waves for your mission to defend the coastal zones and surf spots we love so much.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
