The next Sacred Cacao Circle already has a date - December 20th.

It will take place on the Winter Solstice and the New Moon, super auspicious cosmic portals.

"Organize your Life around Love" - this is the invitation of these circles, as Mother Cacao works directly on the heart, inviting us to connect deeply with our Anahata chakra and to listen, expand, heal...and return home within ourselves.

This event also includes ancestral yoga practices from the Himalayan tradition: Kriya Kundalini, focusing on the heart, chanting mantras, Vedic wisdom...

Duration of the event: between 2.5 and 3 hours (Start at 16:00)

In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
