Each class blends movement, playful games, massage, energy work, and gentle guidance, giving you the chance to explore, feel, and awaken your natural flow.

You’ll release tension, discover new ways of moving, connect with your inner rhythm, and dive deep into the wisdom of your body.

It’s a space to play, to be curious, and to go inward, while also sharing the experience with others — building a sense of community and connection.

Every gesture, every breath, every movement is an invitation to feel more, to love more, and to open to the flow of unconditional love within and around you.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.
