On December 20, between 9:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., the Santiago do Cacém Municipal Market will host another edition of the initiative "Os Saberes e Sabores da Confraria chegam ao Mercado" with tastings of mining soup, wild boar sandwiches and regional wine, live music with Os Moços do Cante, and a raffle for various prizes, promoted by the Confraria dos Saberes e Sabores in Lousal.

The draw is made using the tickets distributed free of charge at the Municipal Market during the month of December.

The prizes drawn are:

* Draw for a basket (with 21 products)

* A draw for regional sweets

* A draw for regional wines

* Prize draw for a basket of Vale da Rosa products

* Prize draw for a 50€ voucher for shopping at the Municipal Market

* Drawing for a voucher for a full visit to Ciência Viva and a snack at the Velho Mercado (Casa dos Confrades)

    🎭 “Les Beaux Rivages” | Theater in Santiago do Cacém On October 22, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Gato Sa – Teatro de Santo André will present the play “Les Beaux Rivages” at the António Chainho Municipal Auditorium, in Santiago do Cacém, the play “Les Beaux Rivages.” A story about love, memory, old age, and resilience, inviting us to reflect on what remains when time transforms our lives.     Jel – “Quem te Viu e Quem te Vê” Tour in Santiago do Cacém The stage at the António Chainho Municipal Auditorium in Santiago do Cacém will host Jel on November 30 at 9:30 p.m., as part of the “Quem te Viu e Quem te Vê” tour, his latest stand-up comedy show. The first milestone marks Jel’s 30-year career, and the second celebrates the 20th anniversary of his most iconic show, “Vai Tudo Abaixo,” which introduced characters such as Carlinhos, the Gay Macho, Ruce, the drug-addicted entrepreneur, the “Homens da Luta,” the “Revolucionários Burgueses,” the war-themed heavy metal band Kalashnikov, and Wanderley, the Brazilian who hates Portugal, among others—characters who are still often remembered by his fans today. “Quem te viu e quem te vê,” his second stand-up comedy solo show, is a performance that commemorates these two milestones, but not only that—it also evokes the changes that have taken place in the world, the changes that have taken place in Portugal, and the changes that have taken place within Jel himself, who is now a different man from the one who, 20 or 30 years ago, began taking the stage and performing his comedy, always irreverent. In this show, we’ll hear never-before-told stories about the behind-the-scenes of “Vai Tudo Abaixo” and the beginning of his career, but we’ll also learn his opinions and observations on what has changed in the world over these 30 years and, above all, in his 50 years of life.”
