Hello! Welcome to the “Playing Outside” Playgroup
Playing, exploring, making friends. In a nutshell, this is what we aim to achieve with this group. We’ll grow as a community and meet (for now) every other Sunday to do all of this.
We invite children and a trusted adult to come play outside so they can explore freely, following their curiosity, in a prepared natural environment.
We hope to start meeting every week in the near future, depending on the interest of parents and children in participating in our activities on a weekly basis.

Discover and explore the natural environment
Make new friends

~ For families with children ages 2 to 6 (exceptions may be considered directly with the facilitators)
~ From 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., (initially every two weeks; the first session is on June 21)

~ After you sign up, you’ll receive all the necessary information. If there are any changes to the date, time, or location of the meetups, you will be notified in a timely manner.
~ Each Playdate lasts 1:30 with parents or a responsible adult present. Materials will be provided by the organizers. Playdates will take place even on cold or rainy days and will only be canceled in the event of severe weather that makes them impossible to hold or if an orange/red weather alert is issued, with notice given at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, the playdate will not be rescheduled. If the organizers are unable to hold the event, the Playdate will be rescheduled for a date to be determined.
~ For each session, please bring appropriate clothing for playing outdoors—comfortable and durable, cool in the summer and warm and waterproof in the winter. We recommend that you always bring a change of clothes.
