As part of the Month of the Elderly, an exhibition with 92 photos of elderly men and women in their daily routines. 31 are in print and the rest will be presented in digital format. The aim of the exhibition is to get people to reflect on old age.

The exhibition was provided by the Itinerant Ludoteca of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Mértola and co-financed by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, the partner organization, the Mértola City Council, and the entities sponsoring the exhibition: Fidelidade Seguros, Somincor, Sandra Ventura, jf Mértola and Delta Cafés.

    Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures.
