  Integrated Himalayan Yoga

  Integrated Himalayan Yoga classes are based on the recognition that Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is a journey of integrating the human being in all of her/his/their dimensions: body, energy, mind, and awareness. In my classes, I strive to offer a balanced and profound practice that encompasses a diversity of tools to work on the different layers of our being, from the densest to the most subtle, stimulating processes of internal transformation, balance, and expansion of consciousness. Depending on the intention of the practice, different techniques may be included, such as Hatha Vinyasa, Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini, Mantras, Mudras, Yogic Wisdom, and Meditation.   Himalayan Kriya, Kundalini & Meditation classes, as taught in the Himalayan Yog-Vedantic and Tantric Tradition. Kriya is evolutionary/ transformative action. Kundalini is the infinite potential of Being. Meditation is the foundational practice of Yoga.
